It is with no small amount for shame that I confess my near total ignorance for all things star trek. I love a lot of the original episodes, and some of the movies, but that's about it as far as my knowledge of Star Trek goes.

It basically all started when I was watching the Winter Wrap Up episode of the Mentally Advanced parody series, and there's this wonderful bit of dialogue.

And the first thing that came to my mind was.... Twilight's Pon'y Farr.
