That's a very goodlooking Tetsuo, I must say. The pissed off facial expression... That goddamn mutating arm... Yeah, he's a classic, and one of my absolute favourites.

Characters like Tetsuo and Vegeta are great. In fact, I like 'renegade' characters in general. Kain from FFIV is another example.
