Description
Inspired by some cartoon show (PPG fans maybe now with one I mean), Heinz Doofenschmirtz wants to turn all people in Danville into his Kitty pet’s with help of his new Kitty-inator. But by the fight with Perry the Platypus, Heinz hit him self and fall out of a window. So he lands as little Cat in Candace arms. Heinz is still to much shock and confused to realized what happening around him. Candace has sympathy for him and decides to take care of him and take him with to her home. Of Course this is a danger for Perry’s secret identity, so he try to catch Heinz and find a way turn him back to human. At home, Phineas, Ferb and Isabella decide to build the best “play-and-relax-Cat tree” ever for Heinz.
