Description Bridget Jones is back to impersonate some "Mad Men" characters! This will be a lot different because Trudy Vogel Campbell is more of a background character than Peggy or Joan. I will warn you all, I don't see Bridget as Betty (because Betty and Bridget only have coloring and mommy/body image issues in common).

Trudy Vogel is the young debutante daughter and college graduate of a self-made man and his wife. At this point we know her through her fiancee, Pete Campbell, an up and coming account man in the world of Madison Avenue with blue blood and the air of an overgrown frat boy. One can presume she still lives with her parents (or she is staying with them on her last nights of singledom) and she seems very innocent to the ways of the world....or is she sharper than most people give her credit for?

Trudy looks lovely in her fancy gown and proud, confident beauty. It's nice to see Bridget playing the part of someone who has more resources and hopefully less anxiety in general. However, judging by her thoughtful, cunning smile and your on penchant for the type, I'd guess that she's as ambitious and smart as Peggy, even if she has to play her strengths differently, very subtly. I'd guess that in Trudy's circles appearance plays the biggest role in being able to get things done, even if it may often be appearing to be something else entirely. In the end, there's a lot of work to do and she seems up for it.

Sweet conservative-ish dress and gloves fit nicely with Trudy's description, and of course a lovely bit of jewelry to help the dress guide some men's gazes. However, it may be better on several levels to look her in the eyes. Brilliant. Thanks.

Oh yes, I love doing Bridget up in different roles. I'd say Trudy is as smart and ambitious as Peggy, but possesses more confidence, privilege, and is following a more traditionally feminine role. Trudy has quite a decade ahead of her.

I'm so happy you notice all the work and detail I put into replicating a look and character for a different character *huggles*
