Erm..1st new offical art of 2010?? 8Di was having this artblock since last year and i really did not want to draw anything...and how my skills has degraded
;the outcome was totally different from what i had in mind...so..kinda dissapointed..and i dont think i have the patience to sit for 5 hours and slowly paint..OTL i need to work harder for this year!
i am too lazy to type out the concept OTL and it would be a drag anyways...hope you like it!

oh man, this is so beautiful *.* the forms, the lines, the muted-bright color pallet - love how you drew the smoke, and the hookah design also turned out very pretty, I love how its colors are repeated in the flower petals the girl is sitting on, and the patterns on the flowers are so gorgeous!

Aww, well it sucks when things don't turn out how you want them to, but I still feel that this looks wonderful. I love the colors together and detail.Maybe if you did more thumbnails it might turn out more how you imagined it in the end? maybe, just maybe. Oh well, I still like it. :]

I love the pipe and the hair clips. Although it probably didn't look the way you expected to work, but it's still quite outstanding to me as a viewer. Very often people may like a work better when it doesn't look the way the artist intend it to look, well, at least that happens to me a lot. Ironic, but in a way it's a good thing.

What did you have in mind, or what would you change? I guess for me, the only thing which feels like it could work better is the scale of the painted flower background...maybe they could be smaller so that they're more different in size to the 'main' image? Aaaaaanyway, that's just my opinion, I hope you don't mind me saying. I still love it and it inspires me to work harder on my own drawings
