Finally done with this picture!!

I actually spent several days editing it, because on all my devices the picture looked so yellow when it didn't look that way in real life..? Ahh it was such a struggle, I still don't think it looks 100% the way I want it to but ah well~

SO this is an OC from a roleplay I'm doing with the wife. I play the character pictured here, named Wren Walker. It's funny that the first thing I draw of him is this dark image where he's crying, when in actuality he tends to keep things to himself XD
The thing about Wren is that he's from this fictional clan - the people of this clan are called Hunters. This clan has certain unspoken rules of its people to abide by. Its children are raised a certain way, and are expected to have these ideals, careers and personalities that kinda reflect what they're all about..if that makes any sense lol.

Without giving too much away, I'll say that people basically expect Hunters to be just that: cold-blooded, emotionless killers. For the most part, Wren is exactly what he was raised to be. But the way people perceive him and the stereotypes people have about Hunters weighs on him a lot. The only difference is, unlike this picture where he's obviously very sad and crying, he doesn't show that this bothers him ( u v u)

So yeah! That's a little bit about what I was thinking whilst creating this ^^
Wren is drawn all traditionally, while the background is all digital. As I said, this isn't my favorite drawing, but I do like the traditional/digital mix. And of course I love my new son Wren
