In our alternate dimension populated by walking wires and swol mosquitoes lives people, and where people and Pokemon mix, we get starter Pokemon. This little purple thing what turns into a giant trypanophobia trigger is apparently quite popular there. Kinda weird that his head turns into his butt, but that's evolution for ya!
