Welcoming Spring

Happy-coloured crocus' smile their greeting of the spring;
Robins lift a wintered heart every time they sing.
Dormant buds are ready to split - release the green, inside;
Leaves are ready to open and stretch - no longer will they hide.
Spring is the season of rebirth - everything is new;
Winter struggle is left behind when we see what spring can do.
