Description
Character Design fro Captain Foley from the original game. He wasn't in the CoD2. So, this drawing was never used for a production.The original reference was from a famous korean military advisor/modeler/writer Serang Kim. if you google his name, you will see some of the military plastic models he made. Simply amazing.
I used Prisma Color to sketch them.
(edit: Not to mislead you guys... Let me emphasize it again. these drawings are done using the photo of Mr. Kim. They are pretty much drawing version of his photos... Gotta give where the credit is due...)

I would definitely link the original source (here) since it was the official art for CoD2.

Cool designs. I'm big into tactical gear so this really caught my eye. Actually, I would say the cool angle on the guy on the left caught my eye first. The best of two worlds yes? I like the pencil technique too.

As you can read from my comments, these drawings are based on pictures by one of the most respected military expert in Korea.
He went out of way to collect authentic gears of the paratroopers of the US military of the WWII era.
