CosGame 2012 was an attempt by AIE to set a new Guinness World Record for the most people dressed as videogame characters in one place. The event was held at Federation Square in Melbourne.Don't know if a new record was set or not just yet. They had the numbers, it's just a matter of whether or not Guinness approve/recognise the attempt.
Update: The record attempt was successful with a total of 470 participants!
It seriously took them a year to sort out all the paperwork and documentation.There's a video here about the attempt.
Aside from being very cold and rainy it was a really good day (and I'm glad the Medic wears a coat and gloves).
A bunch of TF2 cosplayers were rounded up for a group photo. Thanks to ~Al-the-Monkey for taking a couple of shots for me.

While working on the Medic I was also working on the Heavy and a Spy (who unfortunately couldn't make it when this picture was taken), all up I think the three of them took about 6 months on and off.
