I like how you've used the symbol of fire over the skull. It's like fire of the mind. It's a very clever metaphorical way of representing something, perfect for an album.

It's a cool design, but I agree with Uber, it is lacking.
If you were to continue work on it, add a little extra to it, then nobody in their right mind would refuse this as cover art.
