The first appearance of Javier Benavidez.
He used to be B's partner but... One of their missions went a bit awry and Javier ended up losing both of his legs knee-down when a grenade went off right at his feet. That's also the reason why he's so badly scarred.
These days, Javier is the mission handler for B and Malcolm.
He may not have legs but he's not paralyzed DOWN THERE.
He's a goofy guy.
