EXTREMELY belated Birthday gift for my dear friend a pic of his character Neige The Cat, doing some sort of attack i just invented for her
Well i have to say that this picture proved to be quite a challenge for me, but at the same time helped me to pour some oil in my rusty PS skills, i guess i havent lost the touch at all
This freaking pic took me about 4 to 5 hours to finish SO YOU BETTER LIKE IT NONO OR I'LL MAKE NEIGE TO USE THAT....NEW POWER OF HERS TO FREEZE YOUR SORRY LITTLE ARSE

"Ice Vortex" could be Neige's Super Attack she can do when she has all the Chaos/Sol/Whatever Emeralds in the midst of the Winter Equinox! 
As I said I noticed an improvement in your stuff lately ^^ It's nice to see you finally decided to draw Neige again! >:3
I like how you drew that serious expression of her, as well as that pose and the effect you did for that Super-Attack \o/ "Ice Vortex" definitely fits x)
You seem to have put a lot of efforts there indeed. I noticed several details as the snowflakes, and the fact you took the trouble to do a background with Neige's name is pretty cool mah pal ^^ I also noticed that kind of "aura" around her, which is reminiscent of Dragon Ball for me

Hehehe since Neige's concept is all about Ice/Snow (and thats what Neige means in english xD) i thought it would be nice to do something related to that
Im gonna be honest, i had no idea of how those effects would turn out, i know how to do the mixes and all that stuff but you never know how they'll turn out x) but it ended up well and im happy for it ;w; although it didnt turned out as good as i expected but after thinking a bit i know what was my mistake, but anyway its too late to change it now owo
