These are my Chinese New Year Cupcakes for 2012 year of the DRAGON! I also made these cupcakes as birthday desserts for friend [link]As it follows in the cycle of the Chinese zodiac, we have:
1. The Rat
2. The Ox
3. The Tiger
4. The Rabbit
5. The Dragon!
6. The Snake
7. The Horse
8. The Goat/Ram
9.The Monkey
10. The Rooster
11. The Dog
12. The Pig/Boar
Eight of the cupcakes are chocolate with M&Ms inside and the rest are lemon. All the figures are made of Marzipan. They were very tasty, I put particular work on the dragon because it's the year of the dragon and I myself was born year of the dragon.

the mouse and rabbit look demonic with those red eyes but they came out nice
