With some upbringings about the Arcana, and the eventual alliance between Kira (Ribbon) and Bea (Templar), Oopsie and Joan finally remembered a vital part to why they came. Including the horrible betrayal of The Empress. There have been though, rumors of an Arcana so powerful, it only allies with the person she contacts with. That is of course Gaia (VA: Stephanie Sheh), and of all the Arcana - she resembles The World. She's also a very sleepy Arcana, and chooses to remain asleep until she allies with those that convince her. If she is found, The Empress would absorb her, and then she would be unstoppable. Signs of her presence haven't been detected yet, but it is of utmost importance for Kira, Fiona, and Bea to find Gaia as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, another Arcana has bonded with someone. You'd never know by looking at Verne Rice, but he's the son in one of the richest families in the London. He hates punk rock music, but ironically, he likes the fashion worn by those bands (particularly, some people, based on his appearance alone, said he looks like Billy Idol). It's something his parents are still confused about, but that still doesn't excuse him from being quite the gentleman and experienced in etiquitte. He definitely likes to be "the elephant in the room who's just as refined as everyone in the room". Somehow, he was chosen by the Arcana of the Emperor, Henrik. Nothing like his wife who got corrupted, Henrik believed that he has no other choice to fight his once beloved, but is too weak to confront her Towers and Hanged. Verne decided he can help with this, unaware that the Emperor's reason won't save The Empress, neither of that the World has yet to be found or awoken. That, and he's a skeet shooting expert who also can fire on horseback. As his Magitech alias, Magitech Commander, he actually refuses to ally with Kira and co., because he only fights The Empress to fulfill Henrik's vow. He's got a lot to learn about his kind, but that doesn't make Verne no stranger to fighting off the Towers, Hanged, and even Chariots.
