She was born Lily-Anne Kennedy. By looking at this individual, you would call her a "human hyena" for three reasons. She dresses like some sort of big-game hunter or Wild West outlaw. She has an impressive arsenal that is pretty lethal itself. And third, she laughs a lot when she destroys. But in case of her past... She killed her own parents as well as one of the cops that tried to arrest her when she was 10. You see, she had a lot of traumatic problems even before she turned ten. It's not voices in her head, but she too, like Winter, has seen the visions of Majitekk. Or so she thinks. Not knowing what her parents would think, she wanted to be an independent and hid behind her insanity, killing both her parents with leftover rat poison in their drinks. As for the cop, she took his life with his own gun. It was hard to believe in her small Wyoming town that a little girl would have a murderous mind. She laid low in exile to the point that the nation would then declare that she died. In reality, she never did! And now that she's 27 years old, she's coming back into her world with a deadly new weapon - monsters fused with the auras of past Magitech users called Replicas. Her list is as follows:
Vandelz Wired (An amphibious Replica, resembling a female anglerfish, with a deadly tendril. Modeled after Dana McInnes/Magitech Wired.)
Yggdrasil Floral (A plantlike Replica that can create toxic or carnivorous plants with impressive evolutionary powers. Modeled after Alyssa Rey/Magitech Floral.)
Necro Voltair (An exhumed Replica that can summon electrical storms. Modeled after Victoria Martin/Magitech Voltair.)
Chariot Ribbon (A bulky Replica whose entire physique is made of modeling clay. It can shift its body into numerous things that seem playful, but hurt given its big comparison. Oh, and weapons with its extendable arms. Modeled after Kira Harper/Magitech Ribbon.)
Seavolute Aqua (A gorgeous Replica who is amphibious. It can also control and summon water for ferocious attacks. Modeled after Sydney Purrott/Magitech Aqua.)
Mentalcubus Mementa (A somewhat lusty Replica who can wipe away people's memories... or invoke their biggest fears. Modeled after Verana and Madison Patel/Magitech Mementa.)
Staubgolem Raven (An avianoid Replica with wings. It flies at high speeds and can use magic runes to buff itself or give its foe a disadvantage. Modeled after Rose Adams/Magitech Raven.)

Despite her efforts and powers, she can't make a Replica of the original Magitech user, Magitech Guardian/Kendra Vernon. Also, to fully improvise the use of Kennedy's powers, she's got more than expected than her guns and swords. She's also the last Replica in her collection. On instinct, Kennedy can go from human to her Replica form, Reflek Ifrit (Modeled after Jen Cahill/Magitech Ifrit). Hence why her Replica didn't cause those fires in the parking lot when she first met Winter, it was just her using her inner powers. All thanks to Majitekk. Or so she thinks. The first time she's ever unveiled her other form was when Winter and Murph were looking for clues about the Time Orbs in Houston, including the first time they met that strange hermit woman. Kennedy told her that she was like her - she made a contract with Majitekk. Naturally, Winter refused to admit or believe any of it, given that Kennedy was her enemy for the time being. And with a new thief on the rise stealing the Time Orbs, claiming that everyone that opposes her has "no quarrel" with her, is on the move...
