Wow....I totally botched this EP comic and idea what I was going with compared to what aired in the EP. I will say that for some reason this year I am making a lot of spa BGs and comics. The amusing thing is the way I can actually still make it all work and even make something original like this one in a sense using the Ponyville one to get ideas for on how to make one feel more different. I will say that I have been making quite a few AJ comic this season too. Lot more than in previous season and actually been making more Fluttershy stuff here and there. I hid the muffin in this like usual.

Let's see here....Las Pegasus. I swear to bloody pony hell that these were one of the most challenging BGs to come up with for a comic in a couple years. I LITERALLY had 2 barely anything hints of what the city looks like from the preview image we got back in May and also another from that book that spoiled the entire EP in July. I didn't care though but man I really hate making buildings and I mean BIG buildings like these. It's trying to keep the originality and just some of the annoying detail in them is what make it hard. As you know I take my way on making BGs from Bob Ross by liking to add some depth to the overall panels in each comic I ever done so this one with buildings is always more of a challenge cause of how long and many buildings I need to add. Also.....Las Pegasus is so barren of anything on the streets so that was not fun. I like more stuff to work with at times so I had to get creative. I think these came out alright. The Spa ones came out the best cause I think more familiarity with that. Still it's a fine comic.

So anyway another week another comic. I actually have one more comic to do ATM and that is the EP finale comic. I actually got way ahead on these comics during that mini-breaks cause we literally got 6 EPs at once so I jumped at the chance to get a ahead start as usual. So next week....is definitely one of the more intriguing EPs this season I personally think. It will either be REALLY good...or a total flop. No middle ground....and comic per usual.
