I would love to see this one done by someone, even if I admit my Sly knowledge isn't that great.

Hmm, both have feats that put them at equal actrobatic levels. Sly is definitely faster, possibly stronger, and definitely has better durability. Selina does have better gear (including infra-red and body heat scanning to cancel Sly's invisibility) and is arguably the better martial artist (she has shown that she can consistently give Batman trouble in a fight), but most of her gear is used for disabling the opponent (her caltrops and bolas), why Sly's gear is based more around misdirection and allowing him to sneak around undetected at a greater rate. 

In the end, I think Sly would win if he plays his cards right; forcing Selina on the defensive (not the best position for her based on her combat feats), and with how strong his staff is, he can easily knock her around.
