Description Solasola
It lives deep in the ocean but swims to the ocean surface during the day to bask in the sun. It will occasionally leap out of the water and swim in the air. Their heat and light are used to drive away Jelunar. fav.me/d538tw8

It is based on a sunfish. This is basically a literal interpretation of that animal.

Yeah, it can levitate in the air and swim around. It prefers to stay in the water though.
