In the act of two people placing an AB it will be first come first serve. However, if someone offers to pay more then the AB price, I will make an AB 2 option.(or AB 3 if 2 is already present) the one who bid first can choose to pay for AB 2, but if not, I will lean in favor to AB2 since AB2 beats AB

You may NOT give away my design for any means of profit. This means they can't be given as contest prizes, or trades without my PERMISSION. Please notify me if you wish to give away the character.

One exception to the resale rule is if you come to ME and ask if you can resell the adopt. I WILL get %50 (possibly less) of profit made. (if the character sells for same price you bought it for or less, you may keep all the profit~ If you want to sell it for more, let me know in notes so I know what percentage I should get <3)

This does not include added artwork! You can sell any artwork of the character as long as you inform me that you are selling the character <33

If you win the auction, the money must be sent within 24 hours. If you fail to pay in the allotted time, the design will go to the next highest bidder, and you will be barred from participating in future sales.

You can make any story-line for them, as well as change details as you see fit!

Serious buyers only! Do not bid if you are not 100% sure you can pay in time, and truly want to own the design. Backing out of payment is not tolerated, and you will be barred from future sales. This includes hiding bid comment after they have been made.

You're not allowed to use the art or character design for any commercial use, without my explicit permission.
You must credit me for EVERY drawing made of this character. I'd like for this design to always be traced back to me~ Please, if you can, tell commissioners to do the same.
