Do not re-post/edit/copy/steal/heavily reference my artwork or design in any way!

Do not bid if you don't have the money!

You may NOT give away my design for any means of profit. This means they can't be given as contest prizes, or trades without my PERMISSION. Please notify me if you wish to give away the character.

One exception to the resale rule is if you come to ME and ask if you can resell the adopt. I WILL get %50 of any profit made.

If you win the auction, the money must be sent within 24 hours. If you fail to pay in the allotted time, the design will go to the next highest bidder, and you will be barred from participating in future sales.

You can make any story-line for them, as well as change details as you see fit!

Serious buyers only! Do not bid if you are not 100% sure you can pay in time, and truly want to own the design. Backing out of payment is not tolerated, and you will be barred from future sales. This includes hiding bid comment after they have been made.

You're not allowed to use the art or character design for any commercial use, without my explicit permission.
You must credit me for EVERY drawing made of this character. I'd like for this design to always be traced back to me~ Please, if you can, tell commissioners to do the same.

General

-I withhold the right to refuse any commission or sale at any time.
-I own the rights to any adopt/commission I draw. This mean I can use it for advertising my commissions, art examples, or decorating my page.
-I will not start on a commission without receiving my payment in FULL. This also applies to adoptables. You are nor allowed to use/draw any adoptable I make without paying the full price of the adopt.
-If you commission me, or buy an adopt, you are allowed to post it to your DA page, or TH. However, credit must ALWAYS be given, and a link to the original post.
-You are NOT allowed to claim my art work as your own, pretend you drew it, or post my artwork anywhere without credit, and a link back to my post.
