Initial D ride. (Takumi Fujiwara's ride ALTHOUGH HE DRIVES A TRUENO WITH FLIP UP HEADLIGHTS, THIS LEVIN AND HIS CAR ARE EXACTLY INDENTICAL WITH THE SAME 4A-GEU ENGINE THAT ANY CAR MANIAC WOULD KNOW)DIFFERENT FRONT BUMPERS AND HEADLAMPS
Wataru drives the turbo version of this.
All done in pencils size HB and 2B

It has been a while sine I've watched the Anime (I think its still up on HULU), But I'm sure that an AE-85. The AE-86 has pop-up headlights.

no thats a toyota trueno levin. the levin has the solid headlamps. your thinking its a eight five because itski has a eight five leven.

As I said, it's been a while. I Know Itsuki had the 85, it had solid Headlight, and about that much horsepower (hehe-eh). Takumi's 86 had pop-ups.

levins don't have flip up headlights. the regular corollas do. they're both AE86.

takumi's ride is actually a Trueno version this one would have to be Wataru's.

yup, exact same car, different bumper is the only thing which separates between a Trueno and a Levin.
Too bad Iggy(Itsuki)'s was an AE85 SR, which is really nothing but an underpowered slowmobile compared to AE86s.

it looks good, a bit of an abstract concept with the whole design, might be a little bit of a compact car for how tall it looks, the colours on the side are unique, but im not completely sure its an amazing rendition of reflection, but with the colours it looks nice!, also the shadows, might have done a bit better in that respect, but the 3d designs and overall design of the car and the way its depicted on paper, it looks very nice.
