Description Yup, 1994 Nissan Maxima, I had to draw this one, and of course, the seatbelts (rotating mechanism through the pillar) for this awesome sedan.

All done in Markers and pen Also, might be interested since we talked about this car a long time ago (VG30DE Engine)

Also watch this great video-->[link] KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM!!!

This reminds me of the Mustang in Test Drive 6 for the PS1. Japan is weird.

Nice. I remember that car roaming the streets in my home town back in the 90's still see some today. Just not in the greatest shape though.

yeah I aslo remember seeing many of the 92' models back when I lived in New Jersey. and sorry for my late reply . Was too darn busy with military work from the chief, and drawing in the meantime.

It's all good. I understand military. I'm an army wife so I know how it goes. Lol.

I did love the 92' models better. Though that's just an opinion from one person.

US spec Maxima in the Netherlands?? hmmm... that's cool

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

BlackLeatheredOokami In reply to toyonda [2013-06-15 19:52:09 +0000 UTC]

Well, the Euro spec looks almost the same as the US spec, but during the 70's and 80's did we have the 200L and the Laurel on sale. the Maxima J30 (the one you've drawn) was supposed to succeed the Laurel in the early 90's here in Europe.

Yeah, but now it belongs to a Nissan/Datsun enthusiast. (one of the biggest Nissan collectors in Holland) Haven't seen one of these in quite a long time...

oh, now I see, damn, does he have any exotic Nissans, (Skyline GTR, 370Z) and do you know this?--->[link]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

BlackLeatheredOokami In reply to toyonda [2013-06-16 14:59:58 +0000 UTC]

Yes, he has a Datsun 240Z S30, a Fairlady 2000, a Skyline DR30 and R31 saloon (both imported from the UK), 280Z, 280ZX Targa, 260Z 2+2, younger 300ZX's (like the Z31 and Z32) and even a couple of Laurel coupes (which are extremely rare here in Europe!)
Yes, the R92CP, it's my racecar on GT4 and the first time I saw it was in my history book about Nissan

such a lucky guy, he has more than 1 Laurel Coupe and DR30 Skyline of 1984

Then, does he have a Hakosuka? and the Bluebird Sedan?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

BlackLeatheredOokami In reply to toyonda [2013-06-17 17:49:31 +0000 UTC]

His collection is impressive indeed

He has no Hakosuka (they did sale them as Datsun 2400 here in Holland [link] , but it's sale didn't go well), but he does have some Bluebirds (the 411, 510, 810, 910 and younger)

toyonda In reply to BlackLeatheredOokami [2013-06-18 18:23:55 +0000 UTC]

ah yes, the 2400 series from Datsun, and holy crap, 5 Bluebirds? Amazing....

BlackLeatheredOokami In reply to toyonda [2013-06-19 17:10:12 +0000 UTC]

To be exactly,,, 7. The other 2 are younger models from the 80's (the U11 and T12), but those are getting pretty rare nowadays. So stupid, here in Holland do we have those "whosale dealers" who buy 2nd hand cars (most are minivans, vans, old SUV's, stationwagons and sedans) with a petrol or diesel engine which are over the 10 years old and ship them to Africa, Afghanistan and even the Gasa area in Israel... Which means,,,, that many older Japanese cars left my country because of those bastards.

toyonda In reply to BlackLeatheredOokami [2013-06-21 16:33:04 +0000 UTC]

I think the same goes for everywhere elese in the world, old German cars (1990s Audi 80, A4, BMW 3-Series and lots of Mercs along with VWs) are shipped to various nations in Africa or the middle east (Also one reson why Korean cars are #1 best selling cars in middle eastern countries, even in Saudi Arabia. You can see 10-20 year old Accents and Sonatas over there still working without a problem.)

I also heard many also go to Russia and S.America too.

BlackLeatheredOokami In reply to toyonda [2013-06-21 17:41:16 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, cars with good reputation and reliability are always the victims for those people. Like many old Corollas, older than 12 years here. Tons of the small hatchbacks are still quite popular, but bigger hatchbacks, estates and sedans are less common than they used to be. The same happened with older city busses here in Holland. Lots of them are going to Eastern Europe, or even to Cuba!

I've heard that those classic Hyundais are still quite common in chile and Argentina. Also quite many are still running in Malta

toyonda In reply to DRAG0NSUSHI [2013-06-16 22:40:00 +0000 UTC]

Oh, would love to see one. Actually, my dad rented this back when I lived in NJ for a month and he really was impressed with the passcode entrance system. (The only problem eing have to change the password after he returned the car a month later)

And you also know about the revolving seat belts throughout the pillar for this car, right?

DRAG0NSUSHI In reply to toyonda [2013-06-17 18:05:46 +0000 UTC]
