1994 Honda NSX

Yes, this was Japan's answer for their exotic supercar. After Nissan refused to sell their high performance
Skyline GTRs in LHD spec to suit the US market, Honda responded witht his by making a super sleek and sexy
mid-engined supercar. The NSX, when it debuted at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1989 as an initial press car was
truly exotic in every way, due to the extensive use of aluminum (even the seat frames were aluminum) And due
to this, the car bore an expensive pricetag of $86,000 when it went on sale in late 1990. But unlike the
somewhat crappy-and-unreliable Ferrari 348 TS of that time (which was not only prone to breaking down,
but would also melt led in hot summer days), the NSX had some badass paint finish along with intact build
quality. And of course, with that legendary Jap reliablity, the NSX was actually an Accord 3.3 V6 VTEC engine
tuned to produce 272 bhp and the Accord being one of the best selling(well engineered) cars of that time, the
NSX remained timeless throughout the years and right now, on Ebay motors, half of the NSXs on sale have more
than 100,000 miles on it (showing that NSX was reliable and fun to drive) Didn't brak down for 100,000 miles,
(160,000 km) but would need some repairs, parts expensive when the car needed maintenance.

On another note. This car was voted by /DRIVE's Road Testament program the winner for best used cars for under 30 grand.
