From the request a critique journal: First of all, I should say that I think this is a wonderful piece of art because everything fits. I mean that everything - lineart, colouring, technique, anatomy etc. are on the same level of development which makes the style look consistent and the drawing just looks finished. I reaaally like the soft colours you`ve picked ♥ There is not much I can say except maybe point out a few little flaws and perhaps suggest paths for the further development of this beautiful fetus style ♥ The firstthing that I noticed were the eyes and their size. The one on the right, which technically IS further away from the viewer is significantly smaller. And yes, perspective, i get it, but such sensations happen only with objects that are a lot larger like buildings. With wee human bodies we only get foreshortening which you had already taken care of by slightly reducing the width of the eye. So it`s all good, you could have just stopped there ^^ The second thing is about shading. Just don`t overuse the airbrush, blur is an important component of shading but it`s not the only one. Shades are different depending on all sorts of things and there are plently of tutorials here expaining shadows and how we should know whether to draw them sharp or blurry and thats something i should look into as well 
But yeah, at some point you`ll start "feeling it out" c:
Overall, I really do like this drawing of yours and even though a pointed out a couple of things they`re barely noticeable ♥

And nono they`re not mistakes, they`re just things that i would had done differently
but it`s just my opinion, not a law
not neccessarily the way it shoudl be done
