Description
This is the first of many retcons I am doing to the original ToT canon.
Originally, when Resin arrested Prier, everyone knew, and Prier was placed under house arrest. He sneaks out again and then the Tabira invasion happened.
I wasn't a fan of that thread of plot, so now I'm changing it up a bit.
