VHS/1/7/1957 (This takes place after the events of "A Scrap Engine's Torture" but Ivan recovers from the events and gets sold to another railway)

*Begin log. this is Mr John Benedict. the current yard director Thomas Leaden, has retired so I'm taking his place at Larry scrapyards, the second scrap yard near Barry's, after the missing engine incident my new engine Ivan who I have trialed and bought from British railways, has been doing okay after the events. i have permanently put him on express trains along with another engine, an lner b15 called Melinda, the two of them had to become friends but with the workload increasing we need more engines I'm going to go head to barry scrapyards to find new engines who could help out with the workload this is Mr John Benedict signing off.*

*Begin log. so far no luck on finding any old engines to buy, but something happened while I was gone. while I was gone Ivan has been attacked by an unknown engine. I think he told me her name was Millie? and that her number was 8743? I was able to catch a picture of Ivan being attacked by the engine. and when I came back good God, he was in a horrible shape when I came back. His right eye was gone and he was bleeding badly. The workmen were able to clean him up but his eye wasn't fixable and we had no eye patches for him so he had to stick with it. I'm currently taking Ivan off express trains and I put him near a small shed to recover. I hope he recovers soon this is Mr John Benedicts signing off.*
