If you grew up with only the TV show of "Thomas the Tank Engine", you may remember these two from the episode "Toby and the Stout Gentleman" (or "Toby the Tram Engine" to American fans). They are Sir Topham Hatt's grandchildren, except here, they're all grown up.

Stephen Topham Hatt, as you can probably guess, is the third "Fat Controller" of the railway (with the second being the first one's son, Sir Charles Topham Hatt). As for Bridget, where she went off to has not been fully established as far as I know, except that she likely moved to the mainland.

I might also add that I colored Bridget Hatt's hair like in the television series. In the books, her hair is blonde.
