Description Another picture that I took on my trip to Gotha. No. 396 was sold in the early 1990s from Mannheim to Gotha and represents the typical tram of West-Germany of the 1960s. It received a new paint-scheme, new interior and a new pantograph. No. 396 is heading to the stop "Ostbahnhof" (eastern station) and passing a typical East-German city-scene.

A little (late) update.

Today this line still exists but goes through a "roundabout" (It looks more like a go-kart track and the Tram goes right through the middle) andf the house on the corner in the background is occupied by Antifa.

Interessant!
