"Finally.", muttered the steel-clad figure, with his spaniard accent, "With my omnipotent flying fortress, the Halberd, no one, not even that annoying pink fluff, will stand in my way. I WILL conquer all of Dreamland."

The radar picked something up. It was a small aircraft, probably piloted by one occupant. It was moving incredibly fast, almost supersonic, and heading straight for the Halberd's nose.

"Sir Metaknight!", yelled a crewman, with his body in the shape of a skull, and brandishing an axe. "Something is headed straight to us!"

"What?", asked the knight, having had brought back from his mullings, "What is it?"

"I can't tell for sure, sire! But it seems to be star shaped! ... And it's occupant is... Round, and... Pink?"

The knight gasped, startled for a moment. Then he realized that he actually had the upper hand. After so many years and failed attemps, he had the trump card that would lead him to victory. He would surely not lose. Not anymore.

"... Shoot it down." Ordered the knight. "Make sure not even one pink molecule is left in existance."

The cannons blasted, the lasers fired off, with noise and lights, and the bullets and shots blazed.

"Did we get 'im?", asked another crewman, who seemed to be the one in charge. He was big, and had the appearance of an old hawk in a boat captain's attire.

Silence. Not a blip, not a tick.

"... We got him, sir!", assured the skull-shaped radar monitorer.

Then, all of a sudden, the main deck alarm started blaring. Something had made it on board. How? Nothing could have survived a blast of that magnitude.

"Sir Metaknight! Kirby! It's Kirby! He's on board of the ship! He... He's decimating our troops!", yelled another crewman, with eyes blazing with fire, and carrying a huge morning star.

"Hmph. As annoying as ever. Very well. If that is how you want it.", sighed the metallic sire. "Troops! All hands on deck! Eliminate Kirby! Get him!", he yelled with power, making his men tremble.

The soldiers charged. Metaknight meditated. "This is it, Kirby. You will not survive this day. I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE!"
