Description ...I'm still alive.  Dang, feels like forever since I've posted something here; and relatively speaking, it sort of has been.
Sorry, but you just can't help it if there's so much going on in your life.  These past few months have been quite a trip, going off to college and everything.  It's pretty cool once you get used to it, but that also means I've had very little opportunities to think of my own art.  Still, as a small token to ensure that I'm still here on DA, here's a Geckerill's portrait.  His name was Eekrindrii Aghugru; I called him Gru.  Nice guy, but seein' him eat that little fish thing in the cup at the end of our session was a bit on the disturbingly surprising side, especially since I thought it was a pet.  Oh well, he paid me well and even included a free coupon for one of those famous Geckerill mud-sponge nutrient baths.  There's something to add to the bucket list.

The spiral braincase, or the armored eyestalk?

Geckerills come from a planet with a dense, foggy atmosphere.  Vision isn't as important to them, so most higher creatures there have only one functional complex eye to supplement their other senses like smell, hearing, and electricity.  Geckerills possess a series of electricity-sensing pits around their mouths and necks, as well as a secondary set along the armored eyestalk, allowing them to better judge the exact position and distance of objects in spite of their reletively poor vision.

I´m happy that you can still get in touch with us, I was almost worried about you. How are things going now recently, is it well? Hope we can still have time to email each other.

Feels nice being back.  I've been doing alright, though; didn't think you cared :3 (joking).  Just shoot me an email anytime you'd like to talk, friend, I really should get back in the habit of checking that stuff again.
