Just a loud kid who wants to be a part of the center of attention and have lots of friends.
Has 0 braincells. Tends to preach his philosophical beliefs about aliens ( Deoxys ) and that they're out there. Intends to befriend one eventually, it's his goal.

>HISTORY: He thinks highly of himself because he was very spoiled and constantly praised as a kid. Grew up with his Jolteon mom ( Name: Serpent ) who, just like he is, was an oddball of a kind. It's a trait that seemingly runs in the family, as his grandma was no better. When he was a lil' older, his mom bought a random egg from a shady trader, as she put it, "for the lulz". It hatched to be his younger brother, a Rotom ( Name: Cicada ). They get along just fine as far as brothers go.
