how did u come up with this idea arents u worried about losing it in the mail or it being stollen and never to return??? and you should upload what people put in their so other people can see

I saw some kind of this in a museum, friendship books from 1600-1900, where they made something similar, but only with peaople they knew... My, even kings made entries! Authors like Schiller and Goethe too...
And since I love making books I thought: why not send one around the world? ^^
I really hope it works everybody ist honest enough to pass it on...
I will ask the people if they can take a phote/scan their entry and upload it to the group gallery.

Aww... I found a really nice on in Covent garden market, London for about Β£10, so I guess you could try markets or car boots sales etc?

youcould glue a charm in, as long as it is flat...
adding all the charms to the bookmark would not work, I think ^^
I like the cage too, that is why I added it ^^ I have a small collection of charms and other things to add to bookmarks, and this is my favorite ^^
I should search on that market when I visit London as a school trip next year ^^ We have a lot of antiquaries in my town, but they mostly have books ^^ The last time I went there I bought "Emilia Galotti" from 1841, next time I will search for Jules Verne ^^
