Favorite Character: Mario and Luigi
The Mario Bros are my favorite Mario characters! Mario is the courageous, laid back, and adventurous brother, while Luigi is the shy, timid, and cowardly brother. They both have their own abilities: Mario has the balanced abilities, while Luigi has the higher jump and faster running, but bad traction. Also please don’t say Mario is abusing Luigi, because Luigi’s Mansion 2 & 3’s endings prove that Mario cares for Luigi.
Honorable mentions: Rosalina, Yoshi, Princess Peach, Princess Daisy etc.
Displeased Character: Toadette and Luba
I don’t like these two characters very much. Toadette is basically a female Toad clone with pigtails. Also I don’t like the Super Crown power up because Peachette is a Peach/Toadette rip off! Luba, on the other hand, doesn’t do that much compared to other Lumas. He’s basically a replacement of Rosalina for Super Mario Galaxy 2, with no backstory. He was going to have a backstory about how he met Rosalina but due to Miyamoto only allowing the game to be more focused on gameplay, it was scrapped.
Dishonorable mentions: Don’t have any
Favorite Game: The Super Mario Galaxy Duology
I don’t care what anybody says. The Super Mario Galaxy Duology are the best Mario games ever created. They are both amazing in their own unique ways: Mario Galaxy 1 has a better story and atmosphere, while Mario Galaxy 2 has better gameplay and level design. If I were to chose one of them, it would be 1, because I had a amazing experience with it, and they galaxies were more memorable than the ones in 2.
Honorable mentions: Luigi’s Mansion 3, Mario Teneis Aces, Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine etc.
Displeased Game: Any educational Mario game
Why do these games even exist? Mario was not meant to teach kids about school! And history. Also there was one game where Luigi had to travel the entire world just to save his older brother.
Dishonorable mentions: Educational Mario games is enough!
Most overrated character: Pauline and Waluigi
I don’t get how people love Pauline. I mean, what’s so special about her? She’s just a mayor who lives in a city with no special powers. Waluigi well, the Smash community all want him in Smash for no reason. Let me be honest, Waluigi will never come to Smash because he never appeared in a mainline Mario game.
Dishonorable mentions: Luigi, Yoshi, Bowser, etc.
Most underrated character: All 3 princesses equally
People need to stop fighting on who’s the best Mario princess. All three of them are equally great. Peach is the sweet and cute one, Daisy is the sassy and energetic one, and Rosalina is the kind and calm one. So listen here people, all 3 Mario princesses together are the best Mario princess and that’s FINAL!
Honorable mentions: Mario, Toad, Wario, etc.
Favorite villain: Wario and Waluigi
The Wario Brothers are the funniest Mario villains. Especially in the Mario Power Tennis and the Mario Golf Toadstool Tour intros! They always mess up on sports, and try to not make their boss(Bowser) angry!
Honorable mentions: Donkey Kong, Bowser Jr, etc.
Displeased villain: Bowser and the Koopalings
Bowser is boring. He keeps coming with the same old plot: kidnapping Princess Peach! The Koopalings are ugly and lazy looking which is why I don’t like them.
Dishonorable mentions: Most other villains.
Favorite couple: Mareach and Luiasy
Mario and Peach are the most lovely video game couple. Mario rescuing Peach at the end of each game is just so cute. Luigi and Daisy are also in a romantic relationship. They love to play sports and they even have their own race course after them.
Honorable mentions: Marlina, Marline.
Displeased couple: Boweach and Walina
Bowser and Peach are no match. Peach doesn’t love Bowser but Bowser love Peach. Waluigi and Rosalina doesn’t make any sense at all. How would a space mom like to marry a skinny gangster villain? 100% makes no sense.
Dishonorable mentions: Marasy, Luich, Luina, etc.

The reason why people (including me) ship Rosalina and Waluigi is because they are both tall and lonely characters who appeared in the same game together (Mario Kart Wii). Also think of it this way, opposites attract. Maybe Rosalina could be the type of person who has compassion on Waluigi and his self-pity. You had to be there between Mario Kart Wii and the release of the Wii U. There were people here who shamelessly shipped these two without any judgement.

You don't like Toadette? She's always been my favorite character – she's adorable. And I have "Mario's FUNdamentals," and I enjoyed that, too. I think an educational game can work if it's properly implemented and monitored (and those old games hadn't been). I have an idea for a "Captain Toad Treasure Tracker" sequel starring Toadette that would incorporate additional spelling puzzles and a plot that tired into the educational focus. Done right, I'm confident that that idea can work.
