oh boy, Disney's at it again with another Spider-Man animated series premiering in 2017. will be worse than Ultimate Spider-Man or will it be different from it? the world may never know yet. Although we don't know why Disney refuses Marvel Animation to make a Deadpool animated series for FOX, nor do we appreciate that decision very much.Related content

I do hope this one is better than Ultimate Spider-Man though I'm disappointed that Dan Slott is involved in it, given the stuff he's done to the character recently.

My expectations are low for this one. There is a little hope in me but swinging from bad to good is much harder than from good to bad like they did with spectacular to ultimate.

That is because Disney still has a grudge with Fox over the movie rights to the X-Men, and despite having the other rights, refuses to make a new X-Men cartoon over the excuse of giving Fox free advertising.

It's not Disney that has a grudge towards Fox. It's actually Marvel CEO Isaac Perlmutter who has a grudge towards Fox over the film rights, which explains why he pushed for the Inhumans to take over the X-Men's spot.
