This was an attire re-design for a contest on

Under the Re-design Aqua's outfit theme.

It's done with copic markers and i had a lot of fun doing it. I tried to keep some main elements of her original design such as the leggings, boots, colours and even her chest plate which came from minor detail on her original design. I also gave her a hood and a kind of robe/dress that makes her seem a little older/wiser/user of magic I also added little water drop like gems to her boots and arms just to have a little fun with the name i made her presence seem much more light hearted with a lighter shaded attire hence the white dress/robe (yes its white, not blue!!) and the violet arm thingo's lol. Overall the whole idea was to change her while still tying in with the things that made her Aqua.

I did have a problem with which pose i was going to use, there were a few action shots and a few different standing and sitting ones, but i felt that the one that allowed everyone to see the design best was her just standing there do exactly nothing lol, i might use the others as ordinary deviations at a later date.
