lol. I like Leo Burmester (original cast) better, but Alun is fine too.

He's the original broadway, but Alun is the original London and the first one to ever play the character, I guess he's just close to my heart, heh. Have you ever seen Gary Beach do it? He's pretty good.

Gary's pretty good. I cant rmember who my first Thenardier was (sounded exactly like a rat). Alun did a good job, but i remember the character of Thenardier from the book so well, that Alun just doesnt seem dark enough.

Well, the play had to have a comic relief character to balance it out, so they wrote the part that way. But I think Dog Eat Dog shows the audience Thenardier's real intentions.

Yeah, it is a very heavy play, so the villain is seen as Javert, not Thenardier but i hate how they cut Dog Eats Dog for the 10th year anniversary and how Gavroche isnt made out as Thenardiers son. It just shows the contrast between good people and how they can overcome the bad lives they grew up in.

"stupid?" Nonono! This is an excellent cartoon! I love it. <3 You gave him the perfect seedy, smarmy, self-satisfied expression.

:3 thank youuuu. I'm going to try and draw Mme. Thenardier for the first time too. I'll see how that goes. But for now I can't do anything because I have a fever :/

Yeah, it's that time of year in the Northern Hemisphere. Got a case of the sniffles, too. Doesn't help that I'm preflighting a Cessna when it's 7 degrees Fahrenheit/-14 Celcius outside.

Thats insanely cold.
I acquired my fever from a man who was hacking up a lung a row behind me two days ago on a plane coming back from NYC, heh.

Haha, yeah that's happened to me a few times on the way back from places like Vegas. I got my license and never want to have to look at a major airport ever again.

This is pretty awesome - the face you created here is just perfect for the character, he looks very crooked and dislikeable, just like he should!

lol, he's a great character. My favorite song out of Les Miserables is when he's scurrying around after a battle, picking the wallets of all of the dead soldiers. The song is called Dog Eats Dog, it's pretty twisted-

Wow that was creepy, for some reason the last part about the harvest moon got me the most. I really need to see this musical. My friend acted out a few songs from "Fiddler on the Roof" last night and that's when I realized that I need to see more musicals.
