Description
The onlookers could not tell if it was Superman, as she darted across the sky as she moved at blinding speeds rescuing as many people as she could. Those fortunate to catch a glimpse of her were in shock as this blonde young woman effortlessly attended to one emergency after another. Yet the sounds of the sirens were still blaring as she then headed up stream from where the water came. Reactor four was engulfed in smoke and flames, and there was no way emergency equipment could reach it. Using her mighty breath, she extinguished the fire and blow away the smoke. What remained were the damaged reactor, and the water level way too low to keep it cool. The threat of radiation was high, so she had to act fast. She could see a set of spare lead lined containment shells. She darted down among the emergency workers and grabbed one of the massive shells. They looked at her in amazement as she lifts the shell with ease. She then went to the remaining water in the reservoir and filled the container, then flew over to the reactor and doused it in the water. As a plume of steam rose, she captured it in the dome and trapped it in the containment shell. She then sealed it and lifted the reactor in the shell and headed skyward with the damaged reactor into space.

Off in the distance, her cousin spots her as he clears the space station from danger. As he then flies towards her she releases the reactor into space toward the sun. Kal-El looks to her as she looks a bit exhausted from her activities.

“I'm sorry, cousin...I had to...”she says before she is cut off by him.

“Never feel sorry for saving lives. You did well Kara.” he said as the two embrace. It was then Kara remembered.

“Oh no...Mom and dad know I'm Supergirl!” she states in panic.

“Then I guess today is a good day to introduce you to the world. We best get back to them and explain.”

Kara seemed confused, “We?”

“Yes Kara, because we are family.”

The two began their journey back to the Danvers as once again the day has been saved.
