Description The year is 2265, the USS Enterprise fresh out of Space Dock after an Extensive Refit is Joined by one of Triton Grull Enterprises Pride and Joys, the Catalina.  She may look brand spanking new, but the Catalina us one of the oldest produce starliners in Federation history.  The first hull laid down in 2130 sported Fusion reactors to power their warp engines and topped out at Warp Factor 2.  Over the years he basic configuration has changed little.  Placement of the Impulse engnes, as well more powerful Matter/Anti-matter reactors replacing it's 20 Fusion Reactors.  One thing that never changed is it's basic layout.  Originally more Tubular, as the years went by it's draft has been compressed, and living area enlarged.  This ship would be the pride of TGE, as it would constantly be upgraded, refitted, and reliable.  Well into the 24th Century, no Catalina had been lost (although many sold, or scrapped).  The one failure, was it never really competed with the Antares class, thus no major orders from star fleet except for an order of 500 of these craft for diplomatic transports.  One of the largest buyers of these ships were the Orions.  Most purchased second hand.  In the case of this particular one, one can not be certain of it's fate, seeing that by this date more than 4500 had been through space trails just like this one.

Triton Grull Enterprises, and the Catalina Class are property of and

P.S.- This is a Work in Progress.

I tend to look at the K'Tinga as a D7 Refit (in my mind only), although Production claims it is a new design.  Seeing how some D7's made it to the 24th Century has even pushed that debate.

I can't take all the Credit:

suggested "Use what you got with DAZ", and what I have is Primitives.  The basic Hull, the Nacelles are all made with Basic Primatives.  Everything else is Kit bashed from other Props and sets.
