Description
Submitted for an artwork book project organized by a new friend, Moel. He made a cute octopus character called Mogu, and then decided to collecting artworks of octopus and print it as a book soon. The main theme is, of course, octopus, and i looove octopus. I done this patiently and passionately hehe. Cant wait to see the book.Gel Pen on paper

How fascinating! And interesting because I'm trying to work on an octopus themed drawing myself, but honestly I'm having some trouble and the suction cups on the tenticles are rather problematic and tips? I'm glad to see some new work from you, I was going through the deviation list the other day and I had the thought that I hadn't seen any from you in a while.
I really like the face in this one, especially the area around his nose and where his mouth should be it really has such a horror quality to it that it's quite fantastic. I think it will look great in your friends book!

Thank you! Yes it took a while to draw the tentacles, ahaha and yes the suction cups confused me a lot when i draw the pencil sketch for the first time. I had to keep erasing the tentacles until the tentacles, cups and the layout looks "right", u know what i mean. I cant wait to see other octopuses in my friend's book! thanks for your comment

My family talked about buying an octopus from the seafood store and posing it for me so I can photograph it before they cook it and eat it lol.
