i agree that the pattern in the background doesn't really fit, i think it would be a much stronger piece if left a solid color, maybe even a lighter color like the blue or pink in her face, and then with a black border..

but other than that, great job, I'm currently trying to get the hang of vector myself and i see you're far more talented than me

I love the effect of the face peering out from the shadows. It looks excellent. Although I really don't care for the pattern on the black shadows. IMHO I think it would have been more effective to leave it solid black, but that's a minor thing for me. This really is a great vector.

I don't like the background pattern; doesn't seem to fit for some reason.
