Even sexier than Baroness....it's time for some MALGUS!
This big ugly bastard was pretty fun to work on. I only sculpted the head, the breathing mask was made from a digital output from another sculptor's work.
The head is, as usual, sculpted in wax. 1/4 scale for Sideshow's premium format statue debuting at Comic Con this week. I've done a lot of Malgus heads lately, but they all look fairly similar. I'll post sparingly.

This is amazing. I like how you did his head - like the original. I have seen some other works and they tend to change the face features, making the completely different character. But you did it perfect ;o!

This turned out great Trev, we sculpted and prototyped the rest of this figure based on the Blur 3D assets. All 3 Malgus figures were a blast and having your portraits to top them off is just perfect.

I would have loved to have met you out at the con...I missed meeting a ton of people, I'm afraid. 
The Malgus projects have all turned out amazing...I LOVE that Premium Format...I had no idea what the whole statue would look like when I did the head.

we are kicking around the idea of tooling our own male and female bodies to do some OEM work for our clients.

Beautiful Trev..the wrinkles and veins are superb. Love how the face folds push in to the mask. You rock as usual my friend!
