This is a great photo, it sends out all different types of images to one person. She could be in pain and just don't want to move as it hurts to much. She has been beaten and is curled up and is ashamed because she felt powerless that someone took advantage of her. She could of just found out she lost a loved one and she just wanted to say fuck it all and go with God. She could of just pleased herself to an orgasm and is lying there in plain blyss. I know that at first look this looks like the drawing in on ones self with the shame and degradation after being used or assaulted but it also looks like the shame and confusion of having just had really amazing sex with someone whom she cannot stand as a person in her everyday life.
