Crew sets up Valley Railroad's Chinese SY type locomotive in Putnam Connecticut for it's reverse run down the Thames River back to New London Connecticut with the East Wind Special. November 1990. This locomotive is now owned by the New York, Susuquehanna & Western Railroad.
