I buy maps of everywhere!!!!
I did Geography for one of my A LEVEL exams at school....was hopeless at mapwork...Have made up for it since!!!

Tricia, thanks for the vote of confidence. I think it's great that you are encouraging the children to try different things. I think after school I became a bit conservative in the way I created art and it is only more recently I've become a bit more brave. One of the great things about DA is that I see so many younger artists trying things out and it encourages me to try something different. Joan Miro he spent the first part of his life learning how to draw and the remainder trying to unlearn it. He was right, we need the experience of adultoood to create art, but the wonder of childhood to be brave in our expression.

is not a problem I want to have a huge database of icons for using in deviations. I have mostly graphic programs, because is what is useful here. So in my main account, when I use a software I put one of this. At first time, I started with plz accounts, but it turned impossible to manage so many of them and I refused to do more of them, so I discovered this. If you use photoshop, gimp or another famous graphic program, you can pick a icon from my gallery to say in the description "Made with (icon)".  If you don't find a software you know, please tell me, I am still searching for them.

There is no copyright issue with the GPL programs and with the propietary programs I apply the fair use policy: is not a big part of the program (is just an icon), is done with the purpose to encourage the use of that program, and there is no revenue for me
