this is me with all my favorite characters
im too afraid to draw them for fear i will fail and make them hideous!!

He looks pretty good to me. But I can understand that feel that everything you draw is shit. Hell I'm sure most everyone that identifies with the artist label has had that phase once or twice or thrice...
But let me tell you, never trust your brain when it comes to your drawings, positive or negative. Too much negativity in it will destroy your drive, and your self esteem. And too much positivity can blind you from the areas you need to work on.
Maintain your healthy middle, and take care of yourself throughout.
