Minish Cap uses the same style as Wind Waker. But that's actually artwork from Minish Cap. It appears in the credits.
Besides, Link in Wind Waker never wears his clothes without his hat. In the beginning of Minish Cap, you play as cap-less Link until you meet Ezlo in Minish Woods, and the sprite also appears as a Figurine.
