Hey, I'm so sorry for being late on this, but now I finally have time to give you a "proper" critique
Firstly, I really like the expression of the model. Her head is tilted downwards and is looking up at the camera, which makes for a flattering portrait. Next, even though you really brought out the blues, the colours do not look over-processed. It's quite nice.
In terms of the pose, as a portrait photographer myself, I know that it's quite difficult to get a model to relax and the way she is standing with her hand in the pocket is a bit stiff. Having her hand drop to the side or making her move (e.g. fixing her jacket or hair) makes for a more natural, relaxed pose. The framing is nice because it incorporates a bit of the wall/sill that she's leaning on. I think that if you expanded the frame a bit, it could improve the composition to draw even more attention to her intense gaze.
Altogether, this is really a nice, classic portrait.
