but I have a question.. how do you make the wings?
because I customize model horses sometimes and for now I use a paper between the apoxie to ensure the wings have the same size.. but I look for an (more handy) alternative..

I use paper as well when I work out the size and shape of wings sometimes, and then I use the paper as a guide when I cut out my wire mesh form that supports the wing. Also, I find with many sets of wings, that they don't have to be completely symmetrical; sometimes differences in size and shape add a more natural look to the custom.
