Out of all the things that I could be doing....
Hey look! It's everybody's favorite cyborg, General Grievous! I have now seen the new Star Wars movie three times. My friends and I had a big Star Wars marathon this weekend. My new favorite character is GG. *Luff 'im*
Yoda and Darth Vader are still my all time favs, though. It'll take Grievie a while to get up there, but he is growing on me. I want the Clone Wars DVD now. The fact that I got Netflix this summer should make it easier to obtain. *W00t!*This picture is very crappy. I like his head, but that's about it. I had no ref for the neck because the action figure that I was using as a ref is weird.
Anywho, summer should give me more time to finish stuffs. *hopinghopinghoping*

I read somewhere where Grievious was sort of a foreshadowing of what Anakin would become...which is interesting. Both started out as a normal species but were turned over to the dark side and 'robotosized'. Very interesting!

THe ol' general annoyed me out of my seat, i was like 'DIE ALREADY' *sudden saliormoon like transformation into crappy swashbuckling costume* oh dear.... am now making a comic about that...lol.
i dooo beleive i am in an altered state of contiousness, no wonder its taking so long to write these things.
but i guess he must've been an okay guy at heart...that is until...ew.
if i find another of these i am so making on of obi wonton (mmm, wonton) or else possibly that guy with the forehead that goes on forever who got killed, he was bluish...heehee.

I'm going to see it in... a month or two. My parents don't like going to movies as much because they're so expensive. Plus, it's difficult to find a time when we can go as a family.
I haven't even seen it, but I already love General Grievous. Thank you Cartoon Network and "Star Wars: Clone Wars".

I love the point of view and how it shows the little side-flap-things that he has, but they're just lines. Totally great pose! The neck looks pretty good. I have a Star Wars coloring book (haha! I'm cool) and his neck is pretty much a bunch of poles and wires and whatever droids from faraway galaxies are made out of. Nice coloring work too - as always.
I'm not a big fan of Grievous because the concept of a robot with chest congestion doesn't make sense to me, but otherwise he's pretty cool. In the cartoon he fights and flips and is all clean and white and stuff. Pretty nifty. And he totally smashes a kid by landing on him. That's some hardcore stuff right there, yo.

Well, Darth Vader would be cool. And of course, if you want to do another fandom, you could draw Phantom of the Opera in this style. But I leave any artistic choices to your discretion and inspiration!

Oh, lucky you! I sooooooooo would love to see Ep III., but no money recently. And a week ago, when I still had money for cinemas, nobody wanted or could go and watch the movie with me...Alone it is not that fun, IMO.

I like the brush stroke-like coloring, like a very dramatic picture of the General. All I know about Grievous is that he looks awesome and that he has MAD fighting Skillz (from what I saw from those cartoon shorts in CartoonNetwork).

Hmm...the skin tone looks a bit strange, as does the cloak colour. I think they ought to be darker, but overall this is really good.
